Fellowes have introduced a Surefeed technology, which in a nutshell means you can throw pretty much anything inside the shredder drawer close it up and walk away and get on with something else. The shredder will take care of everything else with the peace of mind knowing that it WILL NOT JAM.
Keeping Your Sensitive Documents Confidential
Most heavy duty shredders tend to be involved in shredding sensitive, private and confidential documents you really don't want to have lying around the office, hence the reason for shredding them in the first place. The Automax 300C and the AutoMax 500C have a fully lockable drawer, so if you do walk away there is no access for anyone to open the machine once it has started to shred the documents.

Many companies hate the idea of shredders buzzing away in the office from morning till night, which in most cases is understandable; it can grate on you after a while. However, that certainly won’t apply to the Fellowes AutoMax. It is an extremely quiet machine, there is obviously some noise but you are shredding paper waste so that really is totally unavoidable. The guys at Fellowes have added an option which allows you to time when you want your shredding to commence, so if you would rather it begin at 6pm when the office is fairly empty, simply set the timer and walk away.
